We are donating product for Chef Walter Bundy of Shagbark to make Autumn Olive Farms Pork with Hog Island Clam Pozole Verde with Anson Mills Heirloom Hominy and Chef Caleb Shriver of Dutch and Company to make Bratwurst with Autumn Olive Farms pork, apple butter mustard and kraut.
